Brian W. Kempshall holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Central Florida, co-authored 20+ journal articles, and specializes in semiconductor technology and high-resolution imaging. He co-founded Nanospective for materials analysis and contributes to synchrotron instrumentation at national labs.
Kirk M. Scammon
Co-founder and Managing Director
Kirk M. Scammon, MSME from University of Central Florida, co-founded PanoScientific for compact electron spectrometers. He’s a research engineer at UCF, specializing in electron spectroscopy and microscopy, and contributed to NEXAFS spectrometers at NSLS-II, Brookhaven National Lab.
Jeffrey J. Hagen
Co-founder and Software Director
Jeffrey J. Hagen, chemistry degree from Hamline University, Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from UC Riverside. Co-founder of PanoScientific, advancing compact electron spectrometers. Leads firmware/software at Hagen Scientific for medical, manufacturing, defense sectors. Past roles include software dev at Physical Electronics and Charles Evans & Associates.
